Dear Valued Customer,
We are writing to inform you about the latest regulations regarding the processing of entry passes for the Canton Fair. To ensure a smooth entry process for you, we kindly ask you to review the following rules and prepare the necessary documents in advance.
Please find below the official notice regarding the new rules:
(VIII) To further standardize document processing, personnel who have processed a Service Personnel Pass (including personnel dismantling exhibition stands for exhibitors, construction dismantling personnel, etc.) or applied for an Exhibitor Personnel Pass (exhibitors and representatives in the Import/Export Exhibition Area) but were rejected in this session, are not allowed to process a Buyer Personnel Pass (Buyer Representative) or an Overseas Buyer Escort Pass for this session; personnel who have processed an Exhibitor Personnel Pass (exhibitors and representatives in the Import/Export Exhibition Area) during the current session are not allowed to process a Buyer Personnel Pass (Buyer Representative) or an Overseas Buyer Escort Pass for the current session.
Key Implications for Buyers:
• If anyone from your company was involved in setting up/dismantling the booth (Service Personnel) or applied as an Exhibitor but got rejected, they cannot apply as a Buyer or Escort this time.
• If someone is already registered as an Exhibitor/Representative for this session, they cannot simultaneously apply for a Buyer pass.
To avoid any delays or issues entering the exhibition hall, please ensure that the personnel visiting your booth strictly comply with these rules when applying for their passes.
