PRODUCT: DISPOSABLE MULTI-SIZE (Fits most M-XXL) PROTECTIVE COVERALL CLOTHING KIT. INCLUDES 50 GMS SMS MATERIAL SHIRT, 50 GMS SMS MATERIAL PANTS, ELASTIC COTTON HEAD SOCK, N-95 TYPE RESPIRATOR MASK WITH CONFORMAL NOSE BRIDGE, 2 PAIR X-LARGE SIZE POWDERED VINYL GLOVES, & XL SHOE COVERS.
SHIRT: The shirt has a zippered front, Long sleeves, collar, extra long tail, elastic wrists and reinforced armpits. It is oversize cut for a loose fit and ample worker freedom during use.
PANTS: The pants are designed to easily slip over other apparel without tearing. The crotch and upper leg area have extra reinforcement and sizing to prevent tear or excessive stress or discomfort.
These 2-piece suits are very superior to the cheaper one-piece types. Two piece suits provide an excellent fit without ballooning of the materials. Since the shirt tucks into the elastic waist pants, ONE size fits most everyone (MUCH MUCH better than one-piece suits !)
MATERIALS: SMS is spunbonded polypropylene in layers. The heavyweight 50 grams weight / square meter (GMS) SMS materials are designed to BREATH for hot climates. Our 50 GMS (1.75 oz) material is much heavier weight than the typical 35 GMS / 1.25 oz. materials used by competitors. Unlike the Tyvek and similar materials, these do not cause excessive sweat build-up and help prevent heat fatigue. SMS is strong, fluid-resistant and breathable. SMS provides an optimal mix of protection and comfort. SMS is a high grade material commonly used for medical gowns.
All materials in the set are design to provide maximum comfort for active workers in hotter climates or indoors. The SMS fabrics efficiently blocks spray residues but breathes. They do not generate static and therefore are safe with solvent containing paints and materials. These suits are untreated fabrics and are not recommended for use with liquid pesticides, liquid chemicals or for fire protection.
GLOVES: These are VINYL, not latex. They will not subject workers to latex related sensitivities. They are also somewhat solvent resistant as compared to vinyl. They are powdered for comfort and ease of putting on.
APPLICATIONS: Foam roofing, painting, boiler rooms, dirty work environments, some medical applications. Its 50gsm material is an improvement on the usual 40gsm found in these types of suits. These have a zip-up front with elastic ankles, wrists, hood and waist. Designed to comply with the personal protective equipment (EC Directive) regulations.
